Considering that I'm barely over eleven months of abusive medical drugs (to, hopefully, eliminate a virus from my liver) I'm feeling much better {if the FDA is listening, I make no claims...}
So, what are the similarities and differences of "Raw" and "Whole"

I am not sure what Whole Food supplements are.
Also you may hear of Living food which are foods that are still growing, like sprouts, or any fruit and vegetable still attached to the vine or root.
